Dental Dappen Dishes

Dental dappen dishes are small bowls used to hold dental materials such as prophy paste or resin cement during application. These dishes can be disposable or reusable and can be made of a variety of materials including glass and plastic. Having a supply of dappen dishes on hand is a good idea as you can use them during a range of standard procedures during hygiene and restorative appointments. They also can be used with materials that require mixing prior to application, or in an emergency when a product's packaging or delivery system fails.
