Cloud technology company tab32 recently released Image Cloud, a plug-and-play product that gives practices access to cloud-based image management no matter what practice management systems, x-ray sensors or camera hardware they use.
Image Cloud is powered by tab32’s flagship cloud solution already used by top DSOs, according to a press release. It’s compatible with all major dental sensors and accessible from any computer, smartphone or tablet. Users can annotate radiographic images from within the Image Cloud system, saving time and making notes accessible to all dental caregivers.
Images can be rotated, zoomed, mirrored and edited, or enhanced with filters to sharpen, improve contrast and make it easier to educate patients. The system also features built-in measurement tools to enable clinicians to interpret images, understand abnormalities, measure root depths and angles, and plan effective treatments.
Image Cloud can be installed via a consumer-style e-commerce portal without dentists having to worry about compatibility issues. There’s also no need to replace or reconfigure existing software or hardware. Dentists can easily access the company’s cloud technology via the solution and quickly deploy it to drive efficiency and collaboration across the dental business, even when different office locations use practice management software and data management tools that aren’t compatible.
