SmileFy recently announced a partnership with 3Shape.
Through the partnership, SmileFy customers who have a TRIOS intraoral scanner can now instantly add patient scans by accessing their 3Shape account in the SmileFy app, according to a SmileFy blog post. This makes the process of starting a smile design project that includes an intraoral scan easier and quicker.
SmileFy customers can access their 3Shape account by launching the app and then opening a new project, either patient documentation or smile design. Then, users can tap on the IO scan box, select 3Shape and enter their 3Shape credentials. Patient scans can be located and selected from there.
