Philips recently introduced the Philips Sonicare Power Flosser, an easy-to-use flosser that is said to remove 99.9% of plaque from treated areas.
The flosser provides a thorough, yet gentle clean between teeth and can help patients establish a healthier oral care routine, according to the company. Its QUAD STREAM technology provides a cross-shaped nozzle that creates four wide streams for a thorough clean interproximally and along the gingival margin.
Brief pauses in cleaning pulsations prompt patients to glide the nozzle to the next interproximal space, helping to clean the entire mouth. The flosser is well suited for implants and braces and features customizable settings that allow patients to choose between two flossing modes: clean and deep clean. The flosser also offers 10 intensity settings.
It includes a standard nozzle for power cleaning and the QUAD STREAM nozzle for complete, easy cleaning.
