SmileFy recently released a new smile design software that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to help dentists achieve more predictable results, leading to increased case acceptance, enhanced lab and practice efficiencies, and more esthetic outcomes.
Through AI, the solution quickly creates natural-looking smile designs, according to a press release. Dentists have the ability to customize the design, while advanced editing tools allow for the individualization of each tooth shape, position and size.
Dentists can incorporate digital impressions into the software through intraoral scans, 3D facial scans and CBCT scans, allowing them to predict and visualize the end result before initiating treatment, improving integrated workflows. The platform also enhances communication between clinicians and labs.
The software can generate smile simulations from the iPhone, iPad, MacBook and Mac. It is available in the app store.
