Flight Dental Systems recently introduced the A6 Radius Package, which features the A6 Patient Chair as the platform.
The A6 patient chair was first introduced five years ago and is equipped with a hydraulic lift mechanism and an electromechanical backrest control, according to a press release. It has a slim and ergonomic backrest that allows for easy access into the oral cavity.
The Memory Foam cushion adds extra comfort and support. It is available in stitched or seamless upholstery as well as nine standard colors and a variety of custom colors.
The A6 Radius is configured as an ambidextrous dental operatory package with swing arms mounted to the front base of the chair and the assistant vacuum package on the rear of the chair. It can be converted from a left-handed operatory package to a right-handed operatory package without the need for any tools. The package comes with a modified chair base and a new cast aluminum base plate for added support and strength.
The delivery unit and light does not move when the chair does, allowing additional stability for the light and delivery system while still providing an optimal range of motion to allow for both sit down and stand up dentistry.
The A6 Radius Package is best suited for DSOs, hospitals, teaching institutions, specialties, training schools and government projects.
