Flight Dental Systems recently released Premium Stainless Steel Sterilization Cassettes to make infection control easier, safer and more efficient.
The cassettes are made with 304L stainless steel, which is known for its resistance to corrosion, low maintenance and quicker drying over plastic or other materials, according to a press release.
Other features include large vented openings to allow for better cleaning and draining in ultrasonic cleaners and washer/disinfectors; silicone rails for proper separation and airflow of the instruments while packed; an ergonomic, slim design for easy handling and maximized loading capacity in reprocessing equipment; and a locking mechanism that provides a secure and safe cassette.
They are available in 5, 10, 15 and 20 instrument cassettes so all instruments can be packed in one cassette for various procedures.
