Heraeus Kulzer recently launched Modern Flow, a high-density, low-expanding stone well suited for basing multiple models at the same time without the need for vibration.
The stone is part of the Modern Materials Gypsum product line, according to a press release, and is designed to be used with base formers to create an underflow for dental arches and pins.
It pours bubble-free without the use of vibration, which makes it possible to pour multiple bases in the time it typically takes to pour one base. This saves time and improves efficiency.
The peach stone comes in 25 and 50 pound boxes.
