Designed to help dental practices keep track of online reviews, Reputation.com has launched a Dentrix G5 Connected version of its software.
The Dentrix G5 Connected version of the Reputation.com platform seamlessly integrates with the practice management software to allow dental practices to monitor reviews of the practice and receive real-time alerts when new reviews are posted, according to a press release. The software also helps practices analyze the reviews to understand trends in patient feedback.
The connected version of the software integrates with patient records to send automated review requests via email. Dental practices can engage with the software themselves or choose a managed service options where Reputation.com staff will run the software on behalf of the practice. Both version of the software include social media components and a reputation score feature to compare a practice’s online reputation to other practices in the area.
