Darby Dental Supply Accommodates West Coast Customers with Additional Sales Force & Expanded Hours of Operation
Jericho, N.Y. – In an effort to better accommodate its West Coast customers, Darby Dental Supply, LLC, the largest all-telesales national distributor of dental merchandise, is pleased to announce that it has hired additional telesales account representatives and has expanded its hours of operation.
Specifically, Darby recently hired 30 additional sales representatives for its Chandler, Arizona telesales facility, propelling its total customer service personnel staff to over 50 employees at the West Coast location. Moreover, they have expanded the hours of operation from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. to ensure that West Coast customers have convenient customer service access and guaranteed next-day shipping during Pacific Time zone hours.
Moreover, the company recently signed a multi-year lease for its West Coast distribution center located in Reno, Nevada, that will further ensure the company’s ongoing commitment to expand its West Coast presence. Darby established its state-of-the art distribution center in Reno back in 1991 to provide next-day service to its West Coast customers located within the eleven most western states.
In 2011, Darby relocated its Arizona telesales operation from Tempe to Chandler to accommodate the company’s aggressive expansion. With offices located in Wisconsin, Michigan, Tennessee, Florida, Reno and New York, the relocation completed Darby’s planned renovation of all 7 sales offices.

Darby’s automated distribution center in Reno is comprised of a spacious 100,000-plus square feet. Its high-tech operations ensure that all Darby products are routed quickly and accurately. The facility is equipped with the latest technology in warehouse management, material handling, order processing, and inventory management.
Darby’s Chandler telesales operation spans approximately 6,000 square feet and can comfortably seat more than 50 telesales representatives. In addition, the Chandler office is equipped with the latest computer, telephone, and video conference systems resulting in a modern, cost-effective telesales operation.
In addition to efficiently serving Darby’s West Coast customers, both facilities have created additional employment opportunities in the immediate area and serve as main outlets for the West Coast region.
