The Eco-Dentistry Association Announces the Industry's First Green Dentistry Conference

The Eco-Dentistry Association will host the first Green Dentistry Conference May 3-4 in Provo, Utah.

Registration is now open for the event which will focus on high-tech, environmentally sound dentistry, according to a blog post from the EDA. Speakers during the event include Gary Takacs who will talk about branding and marketing a green practice, and dental technology experts Drs. Marty Jablow, Paul Feuerstein and John Flucke who will be speaking about the ways dental technologies help a practice profit while being green.

The event will also feature a breakout session led by sustainability expert Bill Roth, as well as panel discussions on green dental topics. Hands on opportunities with high tech dental systems will be a part of the program as well.

The event is limited to 100 attendees, and CE credits will be available. Outside of the dental and business discussions, there will be morning yoga and meditation sessions, as well as presentations about work-life balance. The event will be held on the 6,000 acre Robert Redford Conference Center, and attendees will have a chance to hike, fly-fish, golf or more in the area following the conference.
