DDS Rescue, a computer backup service with onsite storage, cloud backup and a 24-hour monitoring system is now available from Patterson Dental. The DDS Rescue system secures a practice’s programs and data in case of a server failure or other catastrophic event that could damage a computer system.
The system can allow a practice to be up and running from its failover server in as little as 10 minutes, according to a press release. The backed up data also can be accessed online if necessary.
Patterson will offer DDS Rescue in addition to its PattLock cloud backup service, giving customers options when it comes to data backup and recovery.
