The crown sizes which will look most natural are selected.
After removal of decay with a #330 carbide. Pulpal therapy will be performed on the lateral incisors.
After gross reduction with a course tapered diamond, a fined tapered round-end diamond is used to refine the preparation 1-2 mm subgingival, and to create a feather-edge margin.
Completed tooth preparations.
After trial fitting the crowns, the crowns are seated with glass ionomer cement.
Immediately post-op, after checking the occlusion and cleanup.
