and went on to complete a one year General Practice Residency at the Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, MA. From there he joined a private dental practice outside of Boston and joined the staff at the Massachusetts General Hospital Dental Group. At MGH, Dr. Lamichane supervised residents and was in charge of taking medically compromised patients to the operating room for dental treatment. He was also an assistant clinical instructor in the Department of Oral Medicine at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine.

Currently, Dr. Lamichane is pursuing a Masters of Science in Post-Doctoral Orthodontics at Harvard while maintaining his private practice at MGH. His area of research is in 3-dimensional volumetric imaging.
