Dental Tray Material

Dental tray materials are used to create custom trays for bleaching, as well as other tasks requiring a patient-specific tray. These materials can sometimes be used to fabricate mouthguards as well. Most of these materials are processed in a thermoformer or vacuumformer in conjunction with a model of the patient's teeth. Tray materials are available in a range of colors and translucencies, and different materials are available in different thicknesses.
