Dental suction attachments connect to the HVE system to provide a comfortable tip that can be used in the patient's mouth and then easily swapped out for the next patient. These attachments should be sized to connect to standard HVE system, and they often are fabricated from plastic or metal. Suction attachments can be disposable or autoclavable, but either way, they must be changed between every patient.
