Detailing Orthodontic Pliers

Detailing orthodontic pliers, also called step pliers, are ideal for intraoral detailing, delicate offsets and step bends. The tips may be at a right angle from the handle to enable access to the archwire without disengaging. Detailing orthodontic pliers may be designed for a specific step bend, and most are able to bend round and rectangular wire. Detailing orthodontic pliers should be constructed of surgical grade stainless steel for strength, durability and corrosion resistance, and should also be fully autoclavable.
