V Notch Stop Orthodontic Pliers

V notch stop orthodontic pliers, also called V bend stop pliers, are ideal for putting a precise v bend or v notch on archwires. This prevents sliding and can prevent wires from disengaging from the buccal tube. Most V bend stop pliers work on round, square and rectangular nickel titanium wires. The tips may be diamond-honed or feature tungsten carbide inserts to prevent wire scoring. V notch stop orthodontic pliers should be constructed from surgical grade stainless steel for corrosion resistance, strength and durability, and be fully autoclavable.
