Ultradent Products recently introduced J-Temp temporary resin.
The premixed, light cured temporary resin is designed for multiple use cases and maximum ease of use, according to a press release. The resin offers four solutions in one product syringe, allowing dentists to use the material for bite ramps, temporary occlusal buildups, build structures for isolation clamping, temporary restorations, and splinting between implant copings.
The material features a consistency that’s viscous enough that it won’t run, but fluid enough that it’s self-leveling and easy to manipulate. The resin’s light purple color allows for easy identification during removal.
The company recommends using J-Temp temporary resin with Ultradent’s Black Mini tip for simple, precise placement.
