 New Dental Product: PhoneSight VoIP Phone Solution From Henry Schein One

Henry Schein One recently introduced PhoneSight, a voice over internet protocol (VoIP) phone solution.

The solution integrates with Henry Schein One patient communication software Dentrix Patient Engage, Demandforce and Lighthouse. This helps dental teams streamline front office operations for a seamless front desk workflow and improved patient experience, according to a press release.

The system automates the patient communication process. The simple interface and patient communication software integration make it easy for team members to make and route calls as well as personalize patient interactions.

When a patient calls the practice, the solution uses Smart Caller ID to instantly display important patient information, such as upcoming appointments, that team members can review before answering the phone. Team members are better prepared the help the patient, which improves the quality and speed of service.  

Other features include custom greetings, auto attendants to present routing options and custom hold messages and music.
