Independent dental distributor Benco Dental recently acquired ADI Mobile Health.
The acquisition adds vehicular clinic manufacturing to the company’s capabilities, according to a press release, bringing together ADI’s skill at manufacturing mobile clinics with Benco’s in-house interior design and equipment planning expertise.
ADI products will also now be available through Benco’s sales team, which includes more than 400 associates across the U.S.
ADI manufactures custom-crafted mobile dental/medical health clinic vehicles. The company’s patented generator systems deliver consistent power production at low vibration and decibel levels that enable a relaxing experience for patients and practitioners. The company was founded by Tim Kitch.
The transaction is expected to be completed in the coming weeks. Benco will operate ADI as one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries. ADI’s employees and systems will carry over, and the company will continue to be headquartered in Tualatin, Oregon.
