Dental patient relationship management and communication software developer RevenueWell recently completed the acquisition of PBHS, a dental digital marketing company.

Through the acquisition, dentists now have one solution for both attracting new patients and retention marketing, according to a press release. The investment furthers RevenueWell’s mission to offer a unified, integrated practice growth solution that simplifies patient acquisition and retention for practices of all sizes.

RevenueWell’s Marketing Platform integrates with most dental practice management software systems to automate marketing and communication tasks such as email campaigns, review collection, appointment reminders, welcome information and post-op instructions. The platform also provides performance insights on marketing and communication efforts. Automated text messaging, paperless forms and teledentistry tools are among other offerings.

PBHS marketing services include website design, practice branding, online advertising, SEO, video marketing, patient education, informed consent services, waiting room TV and social media campaigns. The company also provides secured technology solutions including SecureMail and truForm™ e-forms.

The integrated companies serve a customer base of more than 13,000 U.S. dental practices and plan to roll out new product offerings and packages over the next few months. Current PBHS President Jay Levine will run PBHS as RevenueWell Vice President and General Manager of PBHS.
