Apex Dental Materials recently released the PinkWave curing light.
The curing light is designed to make curing procedures more efficient and to provide both patients and clinicians with a better experience, according to the company website. It features a curing area of 115mm2, allowing for sufficient coverage for large restorations.
The light features QuadWave Technology, which enables increased polymerization and decreased shrinkage while reducing the energy absorption of pulp. The lightweight light offers three curing modes: standard, ramp and boost. The output is 750mW/cm2 on standard mode and 2300 mW/cm2 on boost mode.
The on/off buttons are featured on the top and belly for easy handling and the light can handle 150 cures on a single battery charge.
