The ADA recently announced plans for the ADA FDC Virtual Connect Conference, slated for October 15 to 17.
The virtual meeting replaces the in-person event that was originally scheduled to be in Orlando. The meeting will offer attendees a chance to interact in real time with speakers, industry experts and other dental professionals, according to the ADA meeting website. On-demand access also will be available.
“We are building the ADA FDC Virtual Connect Conference around you, with focus on your well-being and that of the dental community as a whole,” according to the website. “The conference will feature networking events to get you back in touch with your fellow dental professionals, as well as sessions dedicated to improving mental and physical health. The ADA FDC Virtual Connect Conference will bring learning, networking and community to you—until we can meet in person again.”
The virtual conference will kick off on October 15 with an evening session and entertainment. On October 16, registrants will have access to a morning wellness event, the exhibit hall, CE sessions, afternoon workshops, an evening keynote session and opportunities for networking. The event wraps up on October 17 with a morning wellness event, exhibit hall access, an afternoon keynote session and a closing event.
All live events will be available on-demand later, except workshops. More details on live events will be available before the meeting.
Dental professionals can register for the conference at ADA.org/meeting beginning August 12.
