Carestream Dental and MouthWatch are now working together to provide an enhanced teledentistry platform to practices during the coronavirus pandemic.
Through the partnership, dentists who use Carestream’s digital imaging and practice management solutions will have greater access to MouthWatch’s TeleDent platform, according to a press release. This makes it possible for dentists to connect with patients remotely, without close physical contact.
With TeleDent, existing patients can contact the office if they have a question or dental emergency. The platform makes it possible to live stream video consultations to facilitate remote treatment planning, supervision and real-time collaboration.
