 Henry Schein’s COVID-19 Resource Center Helps Guide Health Care Professionals

Henry Schein recently launched a COVID-19 Resource Center. The web-based hub, located on the company’s global website, provides industry specific information to help dental and medical practitioners navigate the COVID-19 outbreak.

The resource center features a collection of links and downloadable infographics health care professionals can use to effectively communicate with team members and patients about coronavirus, according to a press release. Available information includes:

-A COVID-19 check list for practice owners with suggested steps to keep practices running smoothly

-Links to educational videos to share with patients from key sources, including the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)

-A downloadable infographic defining COVID-19, its symptoms, and how people can prevent its spread

-Links to CDC and World Health Organization (WHO) web pages with critical information for dental and medical practice owners and their staff, including a “What Clinicians Need to Know” webinar.

Henry Schein also announced a series of COVID-19 webinars, "COVID-19 & Dentistry: Managing Your Practice’s Financial Health in a Crisis," according to the company website. Presenters include Dr. David Reznik, Director of the Oral Health Center of Grady Health System's Infectious Disease Program; Dr. Gary Severance of Henry Schein Dental; and Mark Rosen, CPA, CFP® at Rosen & Associates, LLP.

The 30-minute sessions are scheduled for March 27, April 3, April 10, April 17 and April 24.
