HuFriedyGroup is the new Dental Division of Cantel.
Hu-Friedy made the announcement at the Chicago Midwinter Meeting. The announcement comes after an “extensive and ongoing integration period” that began when Cantel officially completed the acquisition of Hu-Friedy in October, according to a press release.
HuFriedyGroup represents the union of various brands, products, services, and solutions under one roof. This includes Crosstex, Accutron, SPSmedical, Palmero Healthcare, J & J Instruments and Hu-Friedy. Products and services offered by the new group include premium instruments, comprehensive infection prevention services and support, and extensive education and community offerings.
The name and purpose align with the division's “expanded capabilities around performance, protection, education and compliance.”
