Cosmedent recently introduced ROCK, a self-adhesive, dual-cure resin cement for ceramics, zirconia, lithium disilicate and metal.
The cement features a proprietary setting technology and sets faster and more completely than other options, according to the company website. It has a thin film thickness that makes it easy to set restorations without occlusal adjustments. The easy-to-use cement features optimal marginal adhesion and saves both you and your patients time. It is also easy to clean up.
If extra adhesion is needed, ROCK should be used with a dual-cure bonding agent, but no primers or bonding agents are required.
