A-dec recently acquired Dean Dental Systems, a manufacturer of mechanical room solutions such as vacuums and air compressors.
The acquisition will enable the Midwest-based company, now Dean Dental Solutions by A-dec, to expand its product offerings and continue to develop advanced solutions for the dental industry, according to a press release.
The company’s manufacturing facility, employees, and co-owners Patrick Hertel and Bill Henning will remain in Fenton, Missouri, under A-dec general management.
The acquisition also allows A-dec to expand its products and services to include both the dental operatory and the mechanical room. The company will be able to deliver solutions for the entire dental office, which will serve as a differentiator.
