KaVo Kerr recently introduced KaVo Care, a service program that is designed to make handpiece repairs faster and easier.
Through the online portal, kavocare.com, customers can find flat-fee pricing based on the device they need to have serviced, according to a press release. They also can submit and track the status of their handpiece repair order from the portal.
KaVo also recently made investments to expand its Charlotte, North Carolina facility to expedite the repair process. Most handpiece repairs now can be completed within 24 hours.
KaVo Care is comprised of certified KaVo specialists that use Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts to meet regulatory standards and offer customers high-quality results.
