DentalEZ recently announced its acquisition of Oregon-based dental operatory equipment manufacturer Forest Dental.
With the new acquisition, DentalEZ expands its product portfolio with new esthetic sensibilities and adds to the company's reach into new market segments while taking advantage of shared supply chains and operations, according to a press release. Current Forest customers will gain access to the wider DentalEZ product portfolio and the same sales team from Professional Sales Associates will continue to represent both brands.
As Forest joins the DentalEZ product line up, the brand name will shift to become Forest Dental Equipment, and the company's leadership team will remain in place at the Oregon headquarters.
