BISCO recently released REVEAL HD Bulk light-cured bulk fill composite, which is optimized for simpler and faster posterior restorations.
The composite combines appropriate handling, depth of cure, and polishability, allowing clinicians to provide patients with functional and esthetic composites while saving chair time, according to the company.
Its HD Filler Technology provides a predictable depth of cure, making it possible to layer increments in 5-6 mm. The filler-resin system refractive light index allows for optimal light transmission, meaning light can be effectively refracted and distributed through the material for an optimized depth of cure. This leads to a strong restoration.
The bulk fill composite can be placed in a single layer without the need for additional layers or a base/liner.
The material is also easy to place and offers exceptional radiopacity.
