Villa Radiology recently launched PRONTO! On-Demand to offer faster, more convenient customer service to dentists and their team members.
PRONTO! On-Demand makes it possible to directly contact the manufacturer through a rapid response ecosystem, which has desktop agent and IOS/Android capability, according to a press release. The system works by using video and audio, and can be accessed on any screen via most operating systems and browsers.
Team members can schedule remote training during open time slots. If they have a product issue, they can send a screenshot, photo or video from their phone and a factory trained agent can provide a solution.
The company offers PRONTO! On-Demand with all new Villa products.
