The American Dental Association (ADA) is collaborating with local, state, national and international dental organizations in an effort to combine and ultimately improve dental meetings.
The ADA, the FDI World Dental Federation (FDI), the California Dental Association (CDA) and the San Francisco Dental Society (SFDS) will host a joint meeting in San Francisco in early September 2019, according to a press release.
The ADA and the Florida Dental Association (FDA) are also consolidating meetings in 2020 while the ADA explores additional similar arrangements for the future.
The first meeting in 2019 will mark the ADA’s 160th Anniversary. Dr. Kathy Kell’s term as FDI president also will be celebrated. The 2020 meeting will be held Oct. 15-18 in Orlando.
