Henry Schein Practice Solutions recently introduced the TechCentral Hybrid Backup Service, an automated service that reduces the time it takes to back up data and alleviates concerns about the security of patient information.
Through the service, dentists can store patient data both onsite and in the cloud, according to a press release.
The remote support services team helps dental practices manage data backup and recovery if data is ever lost. This allows dentists and office managers in both solo and multi-site practices to spend less time backing up data so they can focus on delivering quality patient care.
The backup service uses Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 256-bit encryption to help protect data.
TechCentral will also confirm the backup is completed successfully by sending notifications and reports via email.
