Implant Direct will license technology from Zest Anchors in an agreement settling Zest Anchor’s lawsuit against Implant Direct.
Under the terms of the agreement Implant Direct will license technology from Zest Anchors for use in manufacturing its line of GoDirect products while also phasing out its GPS abutments and instead selling Zest’s Locator Attachment System, according to a press release.
