Four new Hu-Friedy surgical instruments created in partnership with Dr. Sasha A. Jovanovic will be featured during the 2015 CDS Midwinter Meeting in Chicago.
The instruments are designed for lateral sinus lifts, and also include mini bone chisels and a bone condenser, according to materials provided by Hu-Friedy. The Jovanovic Sinus Lift Instrument is designed for gentle sinus lining elevation after lateral bone window preparation. The Jovanovic Mini Periodontal Chisel is available in 2 mm and 3 mm sizes, and is for elevation and tunneling of flaps, precise bone removal, and preparation of implant sites. The Jovanovic Bone Condenser/Periosteal is a universal condenser used for working with bone graft material during extractions as well as ridge or sinus procedures.
