Alleging that two of its dental implant patents were infringed, Nobel Biocare is suing Neodent USA.
The lawsuit alleges Neodent USA’s Drive CM implants have infringing similarities to Nobel Biocare’s NobelActive implants, according to a press release. The suit also alleges Neodent USA is relying on Nobel Biocare clinical data to promote its products. The court filing asks for an injunction to bar sales of the Neodent USA implants as well as payment of damages to Nobel Biocare.
