Control Seal, a new dental sealant from VOCO, is indicated for filling fissures and sealing damaged enamel surfaces as well as sealing composite or glass ionomer restorations.
The fluoride-containing, transparent material is highly-filled with 55 percent filler content, which allows it to handle and express physical properties like most opaque sealants, according to materials on VOCO’s website. The light cured sealant is designed to be easy to place and provide long lasting restorations. Control Seal is delivered via VOCO’s “Non Dripping Technology” NDT syringe which allows for precise placement.
