Ivoclar Vivadent has filed a complaint against DENTSPLY International with the U.S. International Trade Commission seeking to exclude the importation of DENTSPLY Celtra CAD/CAM materials.
The complaint asks the ITC to ban the distribution or sale of the DENTSPLY material because of alleged infringements on patients covering Ivoclar Vivadent’s lithium-silicate technology, according to a press release. Ivoclar filed a lawsuit against DENTSPLY over this issue in October 2013.
