McKenzie Management Develops New Tool To Measure Hidden Revenue Potential
Leading dental management company, McKenzie Management, has developed an assessment tool for dentists who are interested in measuring their hidden revenue and production potential. Users will be able to respond based on their business performance and receive a free analysis of their practice from the company's CEO, Sally McKenzie.
La Jolla, Calif. — McKenzie Management has released a new, free assessment tool geared towards uncovering hidden revenue within dental practices. This tool will help dentists nationwide recognize barriers to revenue growth and begin to build more efficient systems within their dental practice. The assessment is currently only available to McKenzie Management’s newsletter subscribers, but will be released to the general public on McKenzie’s website in early January 2014.
The tool has a simple checklist of the top 10 business systems that hide revenue opportunity in practices nationwide, based on CEO, Sally McKenzie’s, 30 years of experience in uncovering hidden potential. Dentists will be required to check off the business systems in which they believe their revenue is hiding and will then receive a complimentary report and follow up call providing suggestions for improvement from Sally McKenzie herself.
“The typical practice averages 25% more production/revenues hiding in broken or outdated systems,” explains Sally McKenzie, CEO of McKenzie Management. This tool uses the practice’s real numbers to illustrate true potential.
If those within the dental industry are interested in utilizing this assessment early, simply visit the McKenzie Management website and subscribe to the free e-Management Newsletter on the home page. McKenzie will be sending out previews of the assessment to loyal newsletter subscribers until the assessment is made public early next year.
