 Essential Dental Systems Adds Interactive Chat to its Website

A new feature added to the Essential Dental Systems (EDS) website allows customers to chat with a customer care representative for live answers to questions about EDS products.

Available during normal business hours, the chat feature includes a transcript which is emailed following the session as a reference to the information provided during the chat, according to a press release. For after hours chat requests, visitors can leave a message via the chat and a customer care representative will follow up during the next business day.
