Case Treatment
A diagnostic impression was taken and poured up while the patient was being anesthetized. Teeth were prepped for full coverage porcelain crowns. A diagnostic waxup was quickly done in the lab, a putty matrix fabricated, and the provisionals seated. The patient was seen in 1 week for to check esthetics and function on the provisionals. Final impressions were then taken and the restorations were delivered in a few weeks.
