there from 1977-1991. Dr. Bregman practiced in Durham, NC from 1992-2006 where he currently resides. Over the past 15 years, he has been an adjunct faculty member of the University of North Carolina Dental School at Chapel Hill.

As a result of his commitment to continuing education, Dr. Bregman received his Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) in 1983. A significant portion of his advanced training has been accomplished at the LD Pankey Institute where his has completed the entire continuum of courses.

Dr. Bregman is a 30+ year member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry, and is an active member of the Durham-Orange Dental Society. Recently, he was accepted for membership in the Academy of Dental Management Consultants (ADMC) as well as the National Speakers Association (NSA). He has attained WCLI Associate Fellowship Certification.
