advanced studies at the prestigious Pankey Institute where he learned comprehensive dental diagnostic and treatment methods focusing on oral health in the context of overall health and balance of the mouth and surrounding structures (together called the stomatognathic system). He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, and is certified in both soft and hard tissue lasers through the ALD.
Dr. Contardo is married and has four children. His interests include ballroom dancing with his wife, artisan bread baking, snowboarding, fly fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren. He is also a supporter of the CSB/SJU fine arts programming that brings many diverse and interesting artists/performers to central Minnesota.
