The 3Shape TRIOS digital intraoral scanners can now send digital impressions directly to Alineadent for the production of clear aligners.
The new integration allows clinicians to simply select Alineadent from within the 3Shape Communicate app and then click "send" to start a clear aligner case with a TRIOS digital impression, according to a press release. With the addition of Alineadent, the TRIOS scanners can now connect to more than 45 orthodontic and dental sleep device providers. Additionally more than 350 orthodontic bracket libraries are integrated into the software.
