3Shape's TRIOS intraoral scanning systems can now be used to send digital impressions directly to Panthera for the manufacture of sleep apnea devices.
The integration is designed to make case submission simple, and clinicians can simply select Panthera from the list of integrated solution providers in the TRIOS menu in order to submit a case. Use of this digital workflow can reduce the time it takes to produce a Panthera D-SAD device by two days, according to a press release.
Using an all-digital workflow not only speeds up the process and gets patients their sleep appliances faster, but it does this without compromising on quality or precision.
