Planmeca will host a seminar on ultra low dose imaging for the orthodontic practice from 6 to 9 p.m. on May 4 at The Hamilton Restaurant, located at 600 14th Street NW in Washington, D.C.

“The Digital Age of Orthodontics: Discover the New Digital Workflow Using Planmeca Ultra Low Dose in Your Practice,” which is happening just before the 2018 AAO Annual Conference begins, will highlight advanced technologies for orthodontics, according to a press release. This includes using the Planmeca 3D Ultra Low Dose protocol, Planmeca Emerald Intraoral Digital Scanners, 3D printing, and aligners.

Dr. Jay Burton from Smile Makers Orthodontics in Nashville will be featured during the seminar. He will demonstrate how 3D and digital scanning can guide treatment planning for optimal outcomes, as well as the use of digital scanners and 3D printing for improved patient care and better return on investment.

The seminar is sponsored by Patterson Dental.
