Dental Wings recently introduced its new Powder-Free Intraoral Scanner handpiece.
The small, robust handpiece leverages the company’s Multiscan Imaging technology to provide the same ergonomics, patient comfort and clinical access, according to a press release. The new powder-free capability makes it more convenient and more comfortable to use the scanner for implant-borne restorative indications.
The scanner’s handpiece, which weighs 105 grams, is compatible with the original Dental Wings Intraoral Scanner cart and the new portable system.
All Dental Wings Intraoral Scanners users can benefit from the new handpiece by purchasing a handpiece and software upgrade.
The scanner will be available in July, with special upgrade offers for existing customers and customers who purchase a Dental Wings Intraoral Scanner before July.
