This includes Dental Wings coDiagnostiX™ implant planning software, the DWOS suite of prosthetic design software, and Dental Wings desktop impression and model scanners, according to a press release.
Dental Wings is described as an industry leader in implant guided surgery and prosthetic design software with the release of DWOS Synergy. This solution allows CBCT DICOM files and surface scan STL files to be merged and shared live between Dental Wings coDiagnostiX™ implant planning software and DWOS prosthetic design software.
This integrated surgical-prosthetic design environment makes it possible for every aspect of the implant case to be designed collaboratively between clinical and laboratory teams over a secure Internet connection. The plan can then be used to create a drill guide and immediate prosthetic or custom tissue former before surgery.
